This project will begin with an extension to the existing building, which Newpol constructed in Stage 1, followed by the addition of a new school building.
Large gathering spaces, staff offices, and general learning areas will be housed. The final component of this stage will see the establishment of two sporting fields—one synthetic and one natural turf.
Concurrently, Newpol will deliver a two-storey Early Learning Centre for MACSEYE, comprising a reception and staff administration, learning and play areas, kitchen and dining spaces, and a library. A covered outdoor learning area and outdoor play areas will also be included.
