Newpol was established in 2012 by Directors Alastair Grant and Lukas Konieczny and is now a 60-strong business.

We are a contemporary construction company that encourages positive engagement in everything we do, leading through an honest, empathetic, and collaborative, people-first working environment.

At Newpol, teamwork sits at the core of our company culture, and collaboration extends beyond our internal teams. Newpol boasts a strong history of repeat clientele, borne from an unwavering focus on delivering builds of an exceptional standard, all whilst providing a seamless and enjoyable construction process. We are live environment specialists; emphasising safety, programme, and quality to achieve our clients’ desired project outcomes.

Newpol is ISO accredited, holding independently certified OHS, Quality, and Environmental Management Systems, completed by third party auditors.

We are proud members of Master Builders Victoria and the Australian Institute of Building. In line with Newpol's commitment to promote an equitable industry, we are also delighted to hold a corporate membership with the National Association of Women in Construction (NAWIC).
