Alastair holds the overall responsibility in commercial, estimating and financial management. He leads these business functions with a structured and logical approach to ensure the attainment of strategic organisational objectives. This strengthens Newpol’s adaptability within the ever-changing and highly competitive construction industry. Alastair’s nature continuously fosters curiosity, collaboration and enthusiasm amongst the Newpol team.

Dieter has been directly involved in the growth of several prominent construction companies across his 40-year career. He leads with his hands-on approach and emphasis on the importance of nurturing respectful and synergic relationships between client, architect, consultant, subcontractor and builder. Dieter's ability to resolve technical construction challenges ensures client's project objectives will always be met.

Ray significantly strengthens Newpol’s overall project delivery by leveraging his extensive expertise in pre-construction, programming, and design management. As a critical thinker, Ray effectively resolves potential and complex buildability issues while refining construction methodologies. His fair and collaborative approach fosters innovative ideation, ensuring that the power of a diverse team is truly harnessed.

With an engineering background and over 25 years experience in the industry, Liz is a passionate health, safety, environment, quality and sustainability practitioner. She cares about the people associated with our projects, has a particular interest in building sustainably, and loves the challenge of simplifying complex tasks and processes.

Jay leads our estimating department and brings a youthful and dynamic energy to our leadership team. He is a natural leader with old school values and promotes stringent and precise processes; determined to secure the best outcome for our team, all whilst prioritising client’s needs through his diligent approach.

James brings 18-years of commercial experience across multiple industry sectors in both Australia and Europe. He is a big believer in the use of technology and collaboration of stakeholders. Therefore, as a mentor, he trains and develops the delivery team staff, to ensure high performance and alignment with Newpol's business standards, procedures, and values.

Paul is a Chartered Accountant with over 15 years’ experience in the Construction Industry. He is highly motivated, with a relentless approach to system improvement and achieving best practice, not only within our Finance Department; however, across company-wide operations. As a result, Paul plays an influential role in driving Newpol’s financial and operational success.

Bhavani leads Newpol’s design function and brings more than 20 years of industry experience. His deep understanding of how clients and architects view design challenges allows him to provide valuable guidance at every stage of a project. Highly knowledgeable and solutions-focused, Bhavani has become an essential asset in mitigating risk and supporting strong, informed design decisions. He oversees the entire design process from concept through to completion, effectively bridging the gap between architecture and construction to strengthen Newpol’s overall project delivery.

Eliza manages Newpol’s Defects Liability Period (DLP) with a determined, enthusiastic, and client-focused approach. Her strong work ethic, positive attitude, and confidence in her role make her a trusted and effective member of the team. With extensive knowledge of the construction industry, Eliza enhances the post-delivery experience for clients and stakeholders, ensuring the DLP process is handled efficiently, professionally, and with genuine care.

Karla leads Newpol’s brand, marketing, and culture initiatives, bringing a thoughtful, people-focused approach to her diverse role. A natural leader, she supports the Newpol team with genuine care and professionalism. Her commitment to detail and her ability to balance marketing, brand development, and internal culture make her integral to shaping and strengthening Newpol’s identity. Karla’s dedication ensures the company’s values, people, and message remain aligned and consistently well represented. In 2024, Karla was recognised with the 'Symal Emerging Leader Award' at the NAWIC VIC Awards for Excellence.
