This project involves the construction of a new three-storey Performing Arts Centre at Fintona Girls’ School, designed to support a dynamic and immersive arts curriculum. The 518-seat auditorium, with a 118m² stage will extend across both floors, showcasing faceted timber paneling to enhance acoustic performance. Music and drama classrooms, practice and ensemble rooms, and a black box studio will also be incorporated.
The ground foyer includes a generous dual-level atrium, with timber coffered ceilings and abundant natural light pouring in through a two-storey curtain wall glazed entrance. The building features a distinctive external façade, including a 3D brick gradient protrusion and a tiled finish, adding visual depth and architectural character. It will also include an undercroft car park on the lower ground level.
With a shared commitment to community and empowering young women, we’re proud to contribute to a space that fosters creativity, self-expression, and personal growth. Aligned with the school’s motto, 'Do what you do well,' this facility will provide students with the resources and inspiration to excel in drama, theatre, and music, nurturing “confidence, collaboration, and curiosity.”
