The Croydon Community Wellbeing Precinct is a place of connection and belonging, a vibrant hub where everyone from can feel welcomed, supported, and empowered to care for their wellbeing.
Newpol is delighted to be delivering Stage 3, the Multipurpose Hub, which will become home to the Croydon Bowls Club, the Croydon RSL, and local sporting groups. We will construct a new building incorporating three dedicated social rooms for each community group, along with a commercial kitchen and servery facilities, staff offices, boardrooms, and change room amenities. The hub will extend out to two bowling greens, providing 16 new rinks for players. We will lean on our experience delivering glulam structures, a key architectural feature that will create a light-filled and welcoming environment for members and visitors alike.
