Ilim College, Dallas Campus

This two-storey, 2,500m2 learning facility marks Newpol’s third project successfully delivered at Ilim College’s Main Campus. The new-build features a specialised art room and IT lab, along with 10 general purpose classrooms. The functional and open-plan design places student and staff wellbeing at the forefront, housing designated student wellbeing centres, breakout and collaborative learning spaces, as well as spacious staff and conference rooms across the two levels. Externally, extensive hard and soft landscaping was completed, offering an expansive outdoor area that encourages students to socialise and play.
