This project, which was Stage 2 of Victoria’s first suburban vertical school, involved the construction of a brand-new, three storey complex, designed to accommodate the College’s growing student population. The $7.2M learning centre provides a mix of specialised science, media, and art classrooms across the three levels, along with staff pods, a VCE lounge and canteen. Notably, this build features a large central atrium and a curtain wall façade.
