Newpol were engaged to deliver the industry-leading arts precinct at Loyola College, which now houses specialised arts, media, textiles, and graphics learning areas. The ground floor features a large presentation space within a centralised atrium that was designed to double as a gallery space and showcase students’ completed artwork. A feature of this space is the internal glazed lift shaft and first floor glass balustrade. Externally, the facade is complemented by the contrasting two-tone aluminium cladding and patterned brickwork.
