Newpol were engaged to deliver two brand-new, cutting-edge wards at Cabrini Hospital, to provide patients with the latest medical technology. Working within an extremely sensitive environment, one of the biggest challenges was building adjacent to the Hospital’s ICU. Extensive infectious control parameters were implemented, and high-level stakeholder planning was required for the staged disconnection and upgrades of switchboards, as well as other essential services directly linked to the ICU.
