Stage 1 of the Carlo Acutis CPS Masterplan delivered for Melbourne Archdiocese Catholic Schools (MACS) in collaboration with BSPN Architecture, marks a milestone for the community: a fully operational educational facility offering learning from Foundation through to Year 6. Completed ahead of the official opening in January 2025, the construction included a detailed road network, in-ground service infrastructure, vibrant learning spaces, specialist zones, inviting administrative areas, breakout rooms, intricate brickwork, landscaped grounds, play zones, and a bike store.

Stage 2 is now underway and presents a complex undertaking—with three separate contracts across four construction zones. The first component of Stage 2 for MACS is the extension to the existing school building, which will host offices for the principal and deputy principal, a wellbeing centre, and staff rooms. The other school building comprises six new general learning classrooms, open collaborative learning areas, and a dedicated music space. The third (D&C) contract will see the establishment of sporting facilities, featuring both synthetic and natural turf soccer pitches, as well as basketball and netball courts. Lastly, A two-storey Early Learning Centre for MACSEYE includes kindergarten areas, after-school care, a library, and outdoor play zones.

Situated within a young, growing population of over 24,000 and a strong majority of owner‑occupier families, the suburb demonstrates a stable and expanding community base. Its abundant green spaces, walking trails, and emerging estates offer a semi‑rural lifestyle with modern conveniences. Transport and amenity enhancements—including shopping centres like Epping North and Pacific Epping, connections via Hume Freeway and Craigieburn Road, and future rail extensions—further make Wollert more desirable.
