Newpol delivered the brand-new, single-storey Kingswim Facility; constructed to house a 825m2 swimming pool, 80m2 mezzanine plant room, general reception, staff amenities, and family-friendly change rooms. The entire pool is controlled by a central unit, allowing remote access, monitoring, diagnostics, and setting adjustments. This technology features a UV sanitiser, designed to improve water quality, control chloramine levels, and in combination with the supporting filtration system, reduce water replacement requirements. This positive addition to the Manor Lakes Community will support Kingswim’s mission to help children learn the essential life skill of swimming.
