The Kilsyth Sporting Complex was designed to enhance accessibility and inclusivity at Pinks Reserve. The new facility was constructed to accommodate an additional competitive level court, allowing simultaneous games to take place within the Kilsyth precinct.
The scope further included wheelchair-accessible amenities and changerooms, as well as renovations to the existing facilities. The complex is located in a flood prone area, and therefore required an elevated floor structure with significant stormwater drainage provisions. Multiple work fronts were undertaken concurrently within the live complex, requiring careful consideration of deliveries and materials handling.
