Gary Tait Sporting Pavilion

Newpol were engaged to deliver a two-storey sports pavilion in Kilsyth. This new facility comprises six change rooms and amenities, a kiosk, as well as first aid and gym facilities. The first floor, which is accessible by the lift located in the entry lobby, houses the community social room that showcases unobstructed views of Pinks Reserve. This level also features a large semi-commercial kitchen and servery, a terrace, and scorer rooms for each oval. Externally, undercover spectator viewing areas are provided, which was surrounded by a hard and soft landscaping package. This project marks the completion of the third precinct within the Yarra Ranges Council’s Pinks Reserve Masterplan.
