This project involves the construction and extension of a two-storey Welcome & Administration Centre at Avila College; beginning with the demolition of the existing food & technology and classroom building. The ground floor will house the general reception and waiting rooms, staff lounge and offices, as well as a modernised food & technology facility; including a state-of-the-art electronic commercial kitchen, as well as dining and storage spaces. Additional staff offices and an expansive open-plan work area will flow onto the first floor.
